All of this is a dog and pony show. The only time I truly believed these people were unified was 9/11 and that was most, probably 98% didnt know about it and were afraid it would impact them.
They were scared and now they are not. Only when they are scared will they work for us.
Not one really believes that Russia scares them. Only Israel and Saudia Arabia.
