two weeks ago i'm making a left turn on the green arrow and a young black kid runs through the light, probably talking on the phone, and bangs into the right rear quarter panel and we both pull into the gas station and then he takes off and i pull out to get his tag and he almost caused a couple of accidents on the way to 95 and stupid as it was i followed him to the next exit and he got stopped on the off ramp and i pulled up and gave the 911 operator the number and repeated it three times and she said don't confront him and if i would have had a buck knife in the car i would have jumped out and cut two of his tires and that would have been that.

turns out the tag was out of dade and was stolen.

been here 33 years and can't wait to get the fuck out of this banana republic.
