It's well known that honest researchers who have published valid statistics about crime by migrants have had their careers and reputation destroyed. They have been labeled racist because they published inconvenient facts. Nobody disputes the statistics, but the audacity of publishing them is too much. The argument is that such information should be buried because it "emboldens anti-immigration sentiment and racists".
