Many thought that Trump had the good sense NOT to misuse his executive powers for a declaration of an “emergency” when the real emergency is that he cannot convince the house or the senate to fund his latest boondoggle the idiotic wall he promised his supporters long before he had any idea of it’s cost, or lack of effectiveness. EVEN the Immigration Staff that work on the Boarder are coming out publicly and saying a ‘WALL’ is no solution and will be of dubious benefit but at hideously high cost - wasting tax money on something that could be better spent on other methods of beefing up both staff and tech to secure the boarder.

This wall, if built, will go down in infamy just like the Berlin Wall did in Germany. I will eventually be destroyed by the people (either voters or others). Just like the Berlin Wall was.

And this hideous expensive, unnecessary eyesore will be part of Trumps legacy and he will be universally despised for it down thru history. But he’s not a long term thinker and probably doesn’t realize that this will be blamed on him for decades if not centuries to come.

Poor man. He just doesn’t get the fact that presidential tantrums are not well tolerated by the public.
