I am clueless as to the legal workings behind this. Will the government reopen if he declares the wall a national emergency?
Quoting: Patriotic Black dude I sure hope not. At least not automatically. Although with the wall off the table, they'd probably agree to something and unfortunately reopen government. Just when some of those govt workers were going to get really motivated to find real jobs.
