Re: Are you curious enough to look at Toxoplasma?
Iron nanoparticles can activate the immune system to attack cancer cells, according to a study led by researchers at the Stanford University School of Medicine.

The mouse study found that ferumoxytol prompts immune cells called tumor-associated macrophages to destroy cancer cells, suggesting that the nanoparticles could complement existing cancer treatments. The discovery, described in a paper published online Sept. 26 in Nature Nanotechnology, was made by accident while testing whether the nanoparticles could serve as Trojan horses by sneaking chemotherapy into tumors in mice. { cancer cell } <-- [macrophage] <-- | nano-Fe |

So, what of Tg, (), in [macrophage] ?

{ cancer cell } <-- [ma()crop()h()age] <-- | nano-Fe |

Maybe we should be wondering:

- Does the added nano-Fe participate in catalysis and accelerate Tg growth? Or poison and decatalyze?
- How does Tg react?
- What happens to Tg during and after cancer cell consumption?

Eq. (1a): O2- + H+ + SOD.M3+.OH- -------> O2 + SOD.M2+.OH2

Eq. (1b): O2- + H+ + SOD.M2+.OH2 -------> H2O2 + SOD.M3+.OH-

The higher Em of high-spin Mn3+/Mn2+ explains its lower Fenton reactivity than Fe and makes it a safer metal ion for use under conditions of oxidative stress. However a high Em also makes it inefficient in SOD activity. The ideal m for a SOD would be half-way between the ms of SOD's two half-reactions, near 360 mV vs. the normal hydrogen electrode (NHE). A metal site with too low an Em will be able to reduce superoxide (Eq. (1b)) but will not be able to extract an electron from superoxide (Eq. (1a)). A site with too high an Em will be able to oxidize superoxide (Eq. (1a)), but will not be able to pass the gained electron on to a second molecule of superoxide (Eq. (1b)). Both types of site can consume superoxide but only stoichiometrically, unless they are regenerated by other electron transport systems. Yet part of the elegance and biochemical economy of SODs is their independence from any electron donor or acceptor. This allows them to function as stand-alone antioxidant defenses and also to consume two equivalents of superoxide per turnover.
...
The proton taken up in conjunction with metal ion reduction is understood to be acquired by the coordinated solvent [25] so that the redox reaction is correctly written M3+•OH- + e- + H+ == M2+•OH2. Because coordinated OH- is a better ligand for Fe3+ (and Mn3+) than for Fe2+ (and Mn2+), I proposed that the active site of (Mn)SOD might suppress metal ion reduction (and the Em) by disfavouring protonation of coordinated solvent [20, 22, 34].

As such iron reduction:

Eq. (1a'): (O2)- + H+ + SOD.Fe3+.OH- -------> O2 + SOD.Fe2+.OH2

Oxidation:

Eq. (1b'): (O2)- + H+ + SOD.Fe2+.OH2 -------> H2O2 + SOD.Fe3+.OH-

hydroxl and peroxide - jet fuel (or in necrosis, alcohol and debriding/sloughing agent)

However the host proteins must control this broad reactivity, activating the metal for the intended reaction while excluding the rest of its chemical repertoire. To this end, metalloproteins must control the metal ion reduction midpoint potential (Em), because the Em determines what redox reactions are possible. [link to pubs.acs.org (secure)]

Fe3+·OH- and Fe2+·OH2

Note: Between suppression of reduction when Mn is substituted in the metalloenzyme and ionic Mn-S bonding, manganese is a douple edged sword.

Sodium nitroprusside - well-known inducer of bradyzoite differentiation; reduced reporter parasite replication and caused bradyzoite differentiation. Stress-induced differentiation in many other pathogens is regulated by cyclic nucleotide kinases. [link to www.researchgate.net (secure)]

In vitro stresses induce stage conversion
It is well documented that conversion to the latent stage is a stress-mediated response, coupled with a slowing of the parasite cell cycle. One of the most commonly used in vitro methods to prompt bradyzoite differentiation is alkaline pH 8.0–8.2 (Soete, et al., 1994). A wide variety of other stress agents have since been reported, including sodium nitroprusside, which acts as a source of exogenous nitric oxide (NO) and also inhibits proteins involved in the parasite mitochondrial respiratory chain (Bohne, et al., 1994). Similarly, drugs that interfere with the parasite mitochondria also induce differentiation to bradyzoites (Bohne, et al., 1994, Tomavo & Boothroyd, 1995). Heat shock and treatment with sodium arsenite also trigger expression of bradyzoite antigens (Soete, et al., 1994). Nutrient deprivation is a potent inducer of bradyzoite formation and can be achieved through arginine starvation (Fox, et al., 2004), axenic incubation (Yahiaoui, et al., 1999), or pyrimidine depletion in uracil phosphoribosyltransferase (UPRT)-deficient parasites subjected to ambient (0.03%) CO2 (Bohne & Roos, 1997, Dzierszinski, et al., 2004). More recently, insults that cause endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress or that interfere with calcium-induced egress have also been found to induce bradyzoite cyst formation (Nagamune, et al., 2008, Narasimhan, et al., 2008). Treatment with IFN-? does not induce conversion to bradyzoites cultured in human fibroblasts (Soete, et al., 1994), but will do so in murine macrophages, presumably due to the stimulated releases of NO (Bohne, et al., 1993). Long-term culturing of cysts was accomplished in vitro using murine astrocytes and intermittent inclusion of IFN-? in the culture media (Jones, et al., 1986).

Calcium plays crucial roles in important events of Toxoplasma gondii life cycle, including motility, invasion and egress from the host cell. Calcium ionophore has been used to artificially trigger release of the parasites from infected cells. [link to www.sciencedirect.com (secure)]

Calcium ionophore, A23187, mobile ion-carrier forms stable complexes with divalent cations, allowing ions to cross membranes.

So can also assist in shuttling reduction products:
Eq. (1a'): (O2)- + H+ + SOD.Fe3+.OH- -------> O2 + SOD.Fe2+.OH2

(SOD.Fe2+.OH2) + A23187 + 2e- == SOD.OH2.FE.A23187

But specific to Ca: Ca2+ + A23187 + 2e- == Ca.A23187 ready for egress

Ca(2+)-mediated signaling events modulate key steps required for host cell egress, invasion and motility, including secretion of microneme organelles and activation of the force-generating actomyosin-based motor. [link to www.researchgate.net (secure)]

Calcium ions thus being required for activity, Ca-depletion becomes of interest.

Re: Are you curious enough to look at Toxoplasma?
According to Egyptian mythology, bees were created when the golden tears of Ra, the sun god, fell to earth. Bees are even a part of the foundation of the Egyptian state—one of the pharaoh’s titles was “king bee” (although Egyptians might have grasped rudimentary beekeeping skills they missed many of the important nuances of hive life and they thought the queen was a king). The symbol of fertile Lower Egypt was the honey bee and the Deshret–the Red Crown of Lower Egypt is believed to be a stylized representation of a bee’s sting and its proboscis. "Review of the Biological Properties and Toxicity of Bee Propolis"

Propolis (CAS No. 9009-62-5) (sometimes also referred to `bee glue') is the generic name for the resinous substance collected by honeybees from various plant sources (CHEMID, 1996). The word propolis is derived from the Greek pro-, for or in defence, and polis-, the city, that is, defence of the
city (or the hive) (Ghisalberti, 1979).
...
The precise composition of raw propolis varies with the source. In general, it is composed of 50%
resin and vegetable balsam, 30% wax, 10% essential and aromatic oils, 5% pollen and 5% various other substances, including organic debris (Cirasino et al., 1987; Monti et al., 1983). The wax and organic debris are removed during processing, creating propolis tincture.

5.4. Anti-protozoal activity of propolis
Antiprotozoal activity of propolis against many protozoan that cause diseases in human and other animals such as, giardiasis (Freitas et al., 2006), chagas disease, leishmaniasis (Duran et al., 2008), trichomoniasis, toxoplasmosis (De Castro, 2001, Salomão et al., 2011, Torres et al., 1990) has been reported (Aghel et al., 2014). However propolis showed antiprotozoal activity against Leishmania donovani, Trypanosoma cruzi, Giardia lamblia, Trichomonas vaginalis, Toxoplasma gondii and G. duodenalis (Aminimoghadamfarouj and Nematollahi, 2017, Fokt et al., 2010, Wagh, 2013). Some components of propolis showed antimicrobic activity such as, caffeic acid, chrysin, moronic acid, protocatechuic acid, p-coumaric acid, apigenin and other constituents as terpenoids, esters and phenols (Sforcin, 2016). Propolis show better activity (coccidostatic) toward Chilomonas paramecium (Marcucci, 1995). Dimethyl-sulphoxide extract and ethanolic extracts of propolis were more effective toward Trypanosoma cruzi while showed killing effect against Trichomonas vaginalis (Lotfy, 2006). Marcucci et al. (2001) separated 4 phenolic compounds from Brazilian propolis such as, 2,2-dimethyl-6-carboxyethenyl-2H-1-benzopyran, 3,5-diprenyl-4-hydroxycinnamic acid, 3-(2,2-dimethyl-8-prenylbenzopyran-6-yl) propenoic acid and 3,5-diprenyl-4-hydroxycinnamic acid, showing anti-microbial activity toward Trypanosoma cruzi (Banskota et al., 2001b, Marcucci et al., 2001).

Participatory Universe

So let's assume that there are certain advantages to better understanding creatures that would seem to redress us.

-exculpatory evidence provides clear indications of sentience accompanied with group syncretism (e.g. rosettes)
-tissue cysts of Tg can persist for the life of the individual even after treatment, and can reactivate to cause severe disease
-they can hack cell dna and hide in macrophages without being digested (like reprogramming the security system)
-if certain conditions change, Tg differentiation to and from dormant cystic stages is witnessed

beehive: hexagonal rosettes of hexagonal cells

cell environment is coated with resin, vegetable balsam, wax, essential and aromatic oils, pollen (tools of embalming)
reduced likelihood of infestation, environmental friencdly microbes and spores

The wings of young bees do not harden until the 9th day – this makes them beat their wings faster than adult bees. Wings in flight beat faster than stationary bees anchored on comb fanning with their wings. Eddie made the following base frequency estimates:
285 Hz – 4-1/2 day bee fanning
250 Hz – Adult (9+ day) bee flying
225 Hz – 6 day bee fanning
190 Hz – Adult (9+ day) bee fanning

hive startle response: short sharp hiss;

-The newly emerged queen gives a tooting sound. This informs the rest of the girls that the queen has arrived. She makes this sound while roaming around the colony looking to kill any other emerging virgin queens. The Toot typically lasts 5 seconds with a single long syllable followed by several short syllables. The fundamental frequencies range from 350 – 550 Hz.

-In response to the toot, another queen, still imprisoned in her plush queen cell, calls back with a quack. It has been suggested that this quack informs the colony to protect her so that she can emerge and perhaps abscond with a swarm of her own. The quack typically lasts more than 10 sec long as a series of short syllables. The fundamental frequencies range from 200 – 350 Hz.

Queens produce piping signals (roughly a G sharp) by pressing their thorax to the comb of the nest and rapidly contracting their thoracic flight muscles. Her wings are disengaged from the flight muscle while piping and so the wings move very little. By the way, this disengagement of wings from muscles is also used by heater bees to generate heat for the brood during cold nights [TAUTZ2008].

Greatest occurences of whoops ~ 0 C

The lack of signals throughout the day, except on days of heavy rain, also suggests that the majority of honeybee whooping signallers are older bees (i.e. foragers).

The daily averaged spectrum of all whooping signals on the UK data set shows that throughout the more active months, the frequency of the whooping signal is very stable at around 320Hz, and 16% lower than the 380Hz observed on the French dataset. However, both the values are fitting with Lau and Nieh [9] who claimed that stop-signals had an average duration of 0.14s and an average fundamental frequency of 328.3 ± 58.8 Hz.

In other instances, all our observations reveal whooping signals as a startle response or linked with trophallaxis, usually with a measurable reaction time around 200ms.

Re: Are you curious enough to look at Toxoplasma?
Imagine being a sentient being (e.g., Tg) within a cell...

And 'ascension' beckons.

Funny Things About Wells

With our universe adrift in a gravitational funnel
We see at the horizons as information flees across a great expanse of a greater disk
Light centrifugally spun as tapestry of stars
Toward the side of the funnel revolve the highest gravitational densities
Being in a slower plane on the inner side of an open singularity
Light is not seen in the vertical and horizontal
And the gravitational field validates

So we spin a 2D ring into the great expanse
And everything about us is cast upon that halo

We paint these spiraling halos as we travel down the well
So it would seem as fate that the notion of our continued travel would ultimately lead to either oblivion, God, or a continuation of life
Yet our story is painted on those walls

In stasis, we would rest, protected, within our domain in the well
If in transit, we're heading for a pinch

Now, consider that we rise out of the funnel...
Then we exit into outerspace
On the other hand the pinch leads to innerspace

Transit dictates that the future possibly lies in surviving the pinch
In which case we're either as ejecta or in stasis at the rim or we progress along to the outer side of our singular universe

Rising establishes a long range potential stasis at the broader rim or exit above with clear view of the outer universes

In so doing we would experience a period of return to the past with preservation of knowledge
Similarly, a future such occurrence could do the same

So, how much of our past did we write?

Now consider that oracles are real and that future and past vision are one and the same
That implies for one that natural flow allows for a pinch destination
It also implies that Grace and Respect would obviate the willful corruption or destruction of Akasha

Which implies that we can keep a holding pattern
Or rise by rewinding Universal flowering

Where lies our fate?

By the same token, let's just take care of our local bubble, the water is fine here

In an expanding universe we naturally rise

Circumstances may result in our unnatural demise.

Piloting a Universal Model 101

The pinch leads to future, innerspace, and hyperspace in another realm of outerspace
It's a thruster, but survivable

Therein lies the crux of the problem, booby traps from the past.

Let me make it plain, we already have the technology to pilot a bridge (Ponce Pilate)
So we already have a technical now how.
The rest is just intuition

One ring looking for another

Missing the ones within

Stop the clock and side track

Latest conspiracy news

Heard from my uncle the other day...

Apparently there's a new Starwars revue coming out. They have a cast of thousands participating and the Grand opening is scheduled for the solstice.

So Word is, according to a man from uncle's tribe named Sam, Delilah is lead actress even though Judges don't approve. But she showed up at the casting call and mesmerized the masses, even Roderic, who just happened to be in town to raid a caravanserai over a shipment that was tracked from Mongolia via Tibet. Apparently, Chin era temples were pinging the Great Wall and announcing the rebirth of the legions of sleeping clay warriors. Nutz man, seems there's a briefcase with second hand undergarments in it with dna traces from some old fart...

Anyway, story goes that the show starts with a red carpet entry to Cheops, where scenes will be broadcast on UTV. The papyrussi are going bezerk over the prospect of scribing wavelength guide effigies of the beautiful while watching them in glee walking towards their last ritual.

Oh, almost forgot, there's a planned opening act called Witches of Saleem. I hear it's kind of antithetical to the whole theatrical production. But mom said that their fleeting tongue action clears the air and ozonates the Gallery. But she won't go as the ululation gives her cramps.

Should be interesting, but I guess I'll wait on the Blue Ray release and watch it with my eclipse viewer, you know, the one where you make a hole in a box and place a parchment on the other side. Funny things obscura cameras, lol, learned that trick from using play-doh.

I believe that this Toxoplasma is responsible for a lot of unnecessary deaths and relationship problems. They've talked about it on the Rogan podcast. It will make mice unafraid of cats, therefore they will run in front of a cat and get eaten. I've also heard in a high percentage of motorcycle deaths, the parasite can be found in the rider. Same concept they lose their fear and get reckless.

Also try dating someone raised around cats. No offense to cat lovers. But they can be very difficult to deal with. They will lose the ability to rationalize.

This is one of the world's problems that doesn't get enough attention, sadly.

A church, a cathedral, in the shape of a cross (or ankh), representative of a human or a protohuman (e.g. protozoid). Burdened with sin, entities amass to repent or rejoice. The rites of passage require ascending steps to a dais to an entrance as a squeeze into an incense-laced echoic atmosphere, a dichromatic background overlayed with transmission through mosaics. Free flow aisle leading to an altar, in the godhead, under a whispering gallery, below a dome and cap constructed in such a manner as to demonstrate principles of SUSY.

Genuflexion, thyroid squeezing, oblongata and nerve stretching, jade pillow pumping head bowing.

Organs, multitonal chants, phase shifted polyglotism.

And purging of sins in repentance and grace via communion. 'Cept this union is of a white unleavened disk, an unadulterated oocyst.

Calcium is the exit promotor. And potash leads to a similar modality, a simulacrum. ( + air )

Grand exit through main doors. Down the streets to collective saying 'huney' and proselytizing logos.

A study in moetics.

Lower Eqypt, reptilian brain, ruled by protozoa and collectives of hiveminds, a lower-level organ. A caste.
Upper Egypt, bird brain, as a separate brain, a higher-level organ, far-sighted, higher sensitivity to em-fields.

A caste in a base, interstitial zones, charge tunneling via outer brane membranes...

And majoration from reptilian thought to avian thought is as a step in ascension. A rising of a ring.

Pontiffs as big fish have the multitudes kiss the ring. As a ring of e- in a conoid and a welcome kiss from a parasitoid/protozoid.

'Ascension' leading to protozoa stimulation to excrete, vibrate and exit for further infestuous behaviors.

So as to influence, as a symbiote, host functionalities and structures. In many cases influencing reproductive organs as in castrating the indwelled host.

So as to emerge as a virginal entity, with learned ancestral knowledge and a shared covenant with the cell or body, which was left behind.

The door as a field portal, to flow between twinned magnetic fields. Spinners as a caste of portal seekers, spinning vortices in a hollow as concentricity leads to preferred macropole orientation for the rosette axis.

Moetics

basement membrane
- collagen
- laminin and fibronectin adhesive glycoproteins (have sugar moetics attached to them)

Glycosylation, the attachment of sugar moieties to proteins

In the anthropological study of kinship, a moiety is a descent group that coexists with only one other descent group within a society. (wiki)

Downfall of moieties

Mo'i/Ali'i

Dodonaea viscosa (Sapindaceae, soapberry family) - hopbush

Leaves: plasters for wounds

Fruit: red dye

The Seri people of the southwest used the plant medicinally for a variety of purposes (but sources are not specific). It was also used to stimulate lactation in mothers, as a dysentery treatment, to cure digestive system disorders, skin problems and rheumatism in Africa and Asia. In New Guinea, people use it as incense for funerals. [link to arizonadailyindependent.com (secure)]

The bark is sometimes used in poultices for swellings and headaches and is added to baths. The leaves have pain-killing, wound healing and diaphoretic (sweat-promoting) qualities as well as being astringent and useful for skin rashes, toothache and sore throats. A decoction or infusion can be made from them and the liquid applied to affected areas of the skin.
...
In some countries the leaves are chewed for their stimulant qualities, although as they contain saponins and the oil in them is cyanogenic, this is not advisable, although I’m told they spit out the leaf having masticated it well.
...
Modern research has shown that the hopbush has potential benefits as the leaves have been found to have anti-fungal, anti-diabetic (in vivo on rats) anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory anti-oxidant properties. They can also help to combat ulcers. They contain flavonoids and tannins as well as saponins and steroids and triterpenes, but further research is needed to discover exactly which substances have the most active beneficial properties.

Glycosylation

Glycan linkages

N-Linked glycans are attached in the endoplasmic reticulum to the nitrogen (N) in the side chain of asparagine in the sequon. (wiki)

In eukaryotes, O-linked glycans are assembled one sugar at a time on a serine or threonine residue of a peptide chain in the Golgi apparatus. Unlike N-linked glycans, there is no known consensus sequence yet. However, the placement of a proline residue at either -1 or +3 relative to the serine or threonine is favourable for O-linked glycosylation.

Xylose, fucose, mannose, and GlcNAc phosphoserine glycans have been reported in the literature. Fucose and GlcNAc have been found only in Dictyostelium discoideum, mannose in Leishmania mexicana, and xylose in Trypanosoma cruzi. Mannose has recently been reported in a vertebrate, the mouse, Mus musculus, on the cell-surface laminin receptor alpha dystroglycan4. It has been suggested this rare finding may be linked to the fact that alpha dystroglycan is highly conserved from lower vertebrates to mammals.[11]

Over 40 disorders of glycosylation have been reported in humans.[15] These can be divided into four groups: disorders of protein N-glycosylation, disorders of protein O-glycosylation, disorders of lipid glycosylation and disorders of other glycosylation pathways and of multiple glycosylation pathways. No effective treatment is known for any of these disorders. 80% of these affect the nervous system.

Re: Are you curious enough to look at Toxoplasma?
Teletransposition

A true channeler would be one who serves as a conduit in transferring information including that which would have been otherwise unknown.

There is value to this in the sense that new knowledge is being obtained. But the whole notion has been associated with stigma.

All sapiens are genetically predisposed to inherit functionalities from ethereal structures which best match their own. Consider a compound waveform representative of the 'shadow' of a double helix. Overlayed on actual helices, thus united interaction ensues. Think of this as teletransposition if you wish, but as an example, a composite neutrino field needn't require teleportation. Inheritance as such is also a backup process. And symmetry is another method.

Consider that some would seek to do this holographically and, with acoustic phonon biases, also holo-gramically/grammatically. The pretense would be to 'use' dormant locii in an effort to avoid telomere degradation (slow/reverse aging).

We harbor ancestral genetic information and share same with the World. Passive and activated background genetic as well as neuronal processes (daemons) are present in all beings.

So how would our DNA be predisposed to 'accept' something more foreign. Well, how about GMO? Or music? Epigenetics, morphogenetics.

On the other hand, a hologram can temporarily encapsulate created matter or conduct inner repair. But that's for a different post.

Some may apply such concepts to understanding spirit recycling or reincarnation. Others may glean themselves as genetic vaults of ancestral and recovered departed. Yet windows to soul are sacred and meant to house singularity, as an unbroken egg or a monad.

Of import, exposure to ultraviolet, microwave, and X-ray, directly impacts that which we harbor.

An ascended mind leaves daemons behind which tend to autonomia.
An ascended heart, armed with Sophia, offers to draw souls out of charge hell.
An ascended being we may be, when we See between the thickets.

You may ask your Self, where is Love in all of this. Do you Love All enough to wish to save even the lowest demon? If so, watch your back, you could be tackling an upside down you. At which point you might cleanse your inner sanctum.

--

Synchronicities are non-linear unless tampered, they are of the River. Visit the shoreline long enough and evidence of sequencing arises. Most rabbit holes yield similar information, the subtleties are of value.

Within the charge flow and ebb of the Tree that is His.
An ignited bundle induces a pulse from within or without.
Strengthening your within while shielding the without.

In the neutral cardial field, expansion allows for separation.
Gapped polarized W boson bands release Z meson arcs,
While associated electronic charge flow disperses interfacially,
Sophia thus bridged to the world, protected by
A flaming sword gate within an electronic hall.

Guard and nourish your heart well
As 'tis Hrit'ten that you are of Sol
As such in quiescence We unite
In that sweet neutral of Soul.

Re: Are you curious enough to look at Toxoplasma?
A morphophoneme is a theoretical unit at a deeper level of abstraction than traditional phonemes, and is taken to be a unit from which morphemes are built up. (wiki)

Common moieties =~ common morphophonemes

common phonology

Therefore, phonemes are only comparable if the languages or language varieties share some genetic history or phylogeny, that these units indeed once were the same abstract units with the same rules and functions in some proto ancestor.

tagmemics

Pike is best known for his distinction between the emic and the etic. "Emic" (as in "phonemics") refers to the role of cultural and linguistic categories as understood from within the cultural or linguistic system that they are a part of, while "etic" (as in phonetics") refers to the analytical study of those sounds grounded outside of the system itself. [link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)]

An 'emic' account is a description of behavior or a belief in terms meaningful (consciously or unconsciously) to the actor; that is, an emic account comes from a person within the culture. Almost anything from within a culture can provide an emic account.

An 'etic' account is a description of a behavior or belief by a social analyst or scientific observer (a student or scholar of anthropology or sociology, for example), in terms that can be applied across cultures; that is, an etic account attempts to be 'culturally neutral', limiting any ethnocentric, political, and/or cultural bias or alienation by the observer.
[link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)]

The term "emic unit" is defined by Nöth (1995) to mean "an invariant form obtained from the reduction of a class of variant forms to a limited number of abstract units". The variant forms are called etic units (from phonetic). This means that a given emic unit is considered to be a single underlying object that may have a number of different observable "surface" representations. [link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)]

Guilty Breathing

As a trapped monad to a shell
Ovular interstitial to reality
Dispensing products of sin
To a wall of inner wailing

Therein resides a prodigal one
Having grown in totemic steps
To emerge victorious from a flower
Yet become encrusted by inequity

Alas, what has come to pass
As ordained in a tenet
Written as law
Yet fraught with impositions of guilt

Within the interface named man
An inner child reaches out
To embrace infinity
And the grasp of a hand

Wherethrough passeth Love?
Aligned through polarized lenses
Blocked by insulated band gaps
Distorted by muses and sycophants

Yang in dominant exhalation
Leading to pang in the huff
Projected or directed
Becomes entropic in dyads

Negativity in emotion
Amplified by electronegativity
Spawns reverb in expansion
As Mother carries all tunes

Enrichment of the infinite
Stemming from fidelity in transaction
Coupled with quality energy
Shares True patterns via recognition

Turtle man cast thy burden!
Walk away from seducing deductions
Turn and see the crust for what it is
A delusion of splendor in a web of deceit

Klippel-Feil syndrome

congenital fusion of any two of the seven cervical vertebrae
associated abnormalities:

Sideways curvature of the spine, Spina bifida, Problems with the kidneys and the ribs, Cleft palate, Dental problems (delayed dentition, cavities, missing teeth), Respiratory problems, Heart defects, Short stature, Duane syndrome, Srb's anomaly, Sprengel's deformity

Mutations of the GDF6, GDF3 and MEOX1 gene are associated with KFS.[2] The cause of the condition is unknown in individuals with KFS who do not have mutations of these two genes.

GDF6 and GDF3 provide the body with instructions for making proteins involved in regulating the growth and maturation of bone and cartilage.

GDF6 specifically is involved in the formation of vertebral bones, among others, and establishing boundaries between bones in skeletal development.

GDF3 is involved with bone and cartilage growth.

Mutations of GDF6, GDF3 and MEOX1 cause a reduced number of functional proteins that are coded by these genes, but it is unclear exactly how a shortage in these proteins leads to incomplete separation of the vertebrae in people with KFS.[10] However, when the GDF6 gene was removed in mice, the result was the fusion of bones.[11]

These mutations can be inherited in two ways:

-Autosomal dominant inheritance, where one copy of the altered gene in each cell is sufficient to cause the disorder, is especially associated with C2-C3 fusion.[10]
-Autosomal recessive inheritance, where both copies of a gene contain mutations, is especially associated with C5-C6 fusion.[10]
-Another autosomal dominant form (mapped on locus 8q22.2), known as KFS with laryngeal malformation, has been identified. It is also known as segmentation syndrome 1

Tutankhamun is believed by some to have suffered from Klippel–Feil syndrome

Amen-tut-ankh

He is possibly also the Nibhurrereya of the Amarna letters, and likely the 18th dynasty king Rathotis who, according to Manetho, an ancient historian, had reigned for nine years—a figure that conforms with Flavius Josephus's version of Manetho's Epitome.[5]

Son of Akhenaten

Tutankhamun was the son of Akhenaten (formerly Amenhotep IV) and one of Akhenaten's sisters,[10] or possibly one of his cousins.[11] As a prince, he was known as Tutankhaten
[link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)]

Tutankhamun and Ankhesenamun shared the same father but Tutankhamun's mother has recently been established by genetic evidence as one of Akhenaten's sisters, a daughter (so far unidentified) of Amenhotep III. [link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)]

Maia bears the titles "wet nurse of the king", "educator of the god's body" and "great one of the harem". Her origin and relatives are not known. Apart from Tutankhamun, the Overseer of the Magazine Rahotep, the High Priest of Thoth, and scribes named Tetinefer and Ahmose are mentioned in inscriptions. Due to the close resemblance of Maia with Tutankhamun's sister Meritaten, it was suggested that the two are identical.

Maia's tomb was discovered in 1996 by the French archaeologist Alain Zivie and his team in the vicinity of the Bubasteion complex dedicated to the deity Bastet at Saqqara.

The tomb's chapel contained a limestone sarcophagus with a cat mummy inside.
[link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)]

According to Alain Zivie, Maïa and princess Mérytaton, daughter of Akhenaton and Néfertiti were the same person.

Man has used aloe for over 5000 years. Egyptians first wrote of the healing powers of the plant on their ancient papyrus texts calling it the plant of immortality. Cleopatra and Nefertiti bathed in aloe juice to retain their youth and beautiful looks. Aloe is mentioned several times in the Bible. It was used in the burial of Jesus. History and legend tells that Aristotle convinced Alexander the Great to conquer the island of Socotra in order to collect aloe plants to use as medicine for his soldiers. Greek writer Dioscorides made detailed accounts of aloe's uses.

Some of the benefits include: as a pain and allergy inhibitor, for inflammation, fluid retention, perspiration odours, itching, hemorrhaging and to close cuts for cell regeneration and healing, to destroy parasites, harmful bacteria and fungi in the intestinal tract, to relieve bowel tension and help produce bowel movements, moisturise skin, increase blood flow, remove toxins and dead tissue, penetrate skin to reach tendons, muscles, joints and the lymph system, and promote the growth of new tissue. It also has a normalising action on fluid levels and the acid/ alkaline balance in the body. Research has shown that aloe vera can increase the proliferation of lymphocytes and stimulate natural immunity through killer cell activity. Aloe has a strong effect on the immune system, by activating and stimulating macrophages, monocytes, antibodies and T-cells, as well as increasing the number of anti-body forming Bcells in the spleen.
