Trump ‏Verified account @realDonaldTrump 35m35 minutes ago Because of the Democrats intransigence on Border Security and the great importance of Safety for our Nation, I am respectfully cancelling my very important trip to Davos, Switzerland for the World Economic Forum. My warmest regards and apologies to the @WEF! [ link to thehill.com (secure)] This is not good news. All of us plane spotters who will be in Zurich waiting for WEF VVIP participants aircraft will be sad not to see Air Force One. I hope the POTUS will change his mind and he will decide to fly to Switzerland at the last minute.
