SHIT. He seems really "winded". I thought I noticed this earlier this morning when he was speaking to the press. He seems to really be trying to catch his breath. He's really trying though. Hopefully he's ok!

I dunno, this seems a little different. He might be just really exhausted. It could be nerves, more noticeable when he is tackling a major issue, President Trump is not a nervous kind of person but sometimes when it can be considered stressful and he is a little angry this breathing happens. I first noticed it in the debate with Hillary after the infamous pussy video was released, he was under a lot of pressure with that, I think it is more determination and a bit of anger and stress that causes this breathing.
