Some are. In fact, none of them are "illegal," exactly - the issue is with potency and consistency in portioning.

This is why tablets are still able to be sold - they're oil, which can be sold, or suspensions, same. These you can consistently say "10 mg THC : 10 mg CBD" or whatever.

Many places still selling commercial gummies, etc even though it's a "gray" area. Shops that are working at 100% compliance (which is most) are selling only flower, oils and concentrates. The guidelines for edibles should be approved before April, if all goes as expected.

1. Drug services can supply naloxone without a prescription
