We need to teach others how to treat us and you must have a high level of self love, in order not to be treated like shit. I just think you should try to change your actions for 40 days and spend that time giving all that you can to her needs, even in your anger. Only then will you know if you can preserve the relationship and perhaps even make it a better one. If you can only wallow in your anger, then it won't work at all; but you will just take that anger and shower it on another woman who hasn't doesn't anything wrong. Heal the anger with her first and then leave seems like the healthy solution. Running away like a puppy that has been stepped on won't work. Let your wound heal before you leave, unless you are in danger or unless you have developed seething hatred for her. It's that hatred that will harm you, not her or anybody else; it won't even harm her. If your goal is to harm her for her actions, then you have lost already and that explains why she cheated in the first place. If you show her love and sleep in another room, you may just save the relationship. If you have no desire to heal yourself and show her love, you probably aren't gonna succeed. It would be very hard to be under the same roof with someone who you feel betrayed by. But don't betray yourself. It's about being a healthy you, not making her pay for her own actions. She will pay for her own actions, whether you are a participant, or not. That's how the Universe works. Like I said, what you give is what you get, in one way or another; and even with someone else, or even by yourself. If you can't give love to her, give your time and help to her, until you heal. It feels good to give and you feel bad right now which is understandable. Make yourself feel better however possible and you will heal, with or without her.
