Don't condemn Jesus for enabling people to slice up thousands of replicated fish at the dinner table the day he fed the hungry who suffered from starvation.

The animal would be drained of blood, the fatty parts were given as burnt offerings to God, and most of the meat of the animal was cooked and eaten by the one who brought it in to be sacrificed.
