They are all good but Karen was in a class all her own. Simply the best.

Agreed. Though I never would have purchased her music, that voice was incredible and the way she used it was what made it so incredible. It was her gospel background, imo.

I don't like "the best" debates. Lots of people are great at what they do any there is no best. Style and execution have a a lot to do with a good singer. Adele is a great example of someone who's a natural.
