We're not supposed to judge. We're supposed to love our neighbor as we love ourselves. But we are also supposed to follow God's laws and commandments. And some are tasked with rebuking those who are not following God's laws. But I do believe this is reserved for people within the church, that elders are supposed to tell them they are doing wrong.
I don't believe it is our right to tell someone they are doing something against God's will unless we are called to do so in our churches.
Free will is what we are given to decide our own fate, whether we will spend eternity with God or Satan.
Other than that, we are supposed to have compassion and no judgement. Then again, I believe we are not supposed to hangout with those who are blatantly going against God's laws either.
