Many animal lovers takes offence, but you are right ~ such dramatic questions are what all in a cataclysmic drama is forced to handle.

Looking at disaster responce in fires, storms etc, many pets are abandoned to suffer.

A true act of mercy for me would be to ease suffering.

I would seek out prepper forums where people discuss these situations seriously.

Jesus Christ/Yeshua actually prepared the way for Humanity. Follow Him the best you can and you should be able to reach Heaven upon your physical death. If the core flipped or did anything crazy it could take awhile to stabilize. It could cause massive quakes and change the earths axis of rotation.

So yeah it is possible though it might not fully flip the planet.

Some speculation that such a past event separated the continents.

The only reason to fear death is purely based on how painful and slow your physical death can be. Seriously, if the magnetics of the Earth are weakened in this, I can totally see a solar flare taking out the grids, but with a simple magnetic shift, I don't see how full cataclysm can happen. Not that the grids failing wouldn't be cataclysmic enough, mind you. But crustal displacement would be a much bigger deal, right?

Maybe the magnetics could set off quakes, volcanoes and tsunamis? I can definitely see why volcanoes would get set off considering the lava has a lot of magnetic capacity. But, we really don't know what will happen, right?

This started out as a perfectly rational thread about the magnetic pole shift. After a couple of pages, all the nut jobs that can't read appeared. Once they started confusing magnetic and crustal shift, the real wackos came out. Now, it might just be trolls. Any way you look at it, this thread has gone to hell.
