The sad thing was the gas explosion at the bakery. One of the Paris district Mayors spoke out with a reporter from Le Parisien telling about the Paris gas network being antiquated and in a catastrophic condition. Two firefighters and one Spanish tourists were killed in the explosion. Several other victims are in critical condition. Le Parisien.
