She won't step down until she is dead and that is likely very soon. They are keeping her condition a secret so they can stall She might be dead already and we won't know till someone leaks it The dems realize that above all things, te sway of the SCOTUS is really important as of right now, if Trump were to declare a national emergency to build the wall with military funding...they will challenge it and it will go to the SCOTUS It is sort of up in the air right now BUT if he gets another appointee, there is nothing to stop him on many things
