We need proof of life and a certified medical and mental evaluation certified under Law that she is mentally and physically capable to make any legal judgements.

With her various surgeries, cancer, broken bones and cancer she is obviously on pain meds which BY LAW compromise your mental acuity and making it illegal to make any legal decisions.

And if she is not on any pain meds then she is out of her mind and delirious from the agonizing pain, either way unfit to serve.
