In the past if it was illegal when they arrested you, they didn't let you free. But hopefully since the pot people were never anything but bodies to make prison cash on, states will let them go.

Arkansas is so evil they have a "line" for jail and want to build another prison in what was a beautiful tourism town. Easier money in bodies, you don't have to be nice and if they die, bonus. They only went medical pot because they figured out how to make racket of that "legally" too. Place is damned.
If people said "We should be doing agriculture" or anything positive, the leaders grin because they are getting away with a total "meat" state and they couldn't care less about human quality anything.
