He's moving from GoFundMe and starting his own private wall building non-profit fundraising thingy.

Yes I read it, If you made a donation you have 90 days to let GFM know if you want a refund or if you want your donation to go to the 501.

I cant confirm this, so take it as that. But there are some rumors that a Major Player has made a 1 billion dollar donation to the new 501 already.

Keep in mind a 501 donations are Tax deductible, so it may be true. Ill look to see if I can find more.

In an update to donors Friday, Kolfage did not say missing the goal was the main reason for the refund. Instead, he pointed to government inefficiencies and the fact that the federal government "won't be able to accept our donations anytime soon."
Kolfage gave donors the option of giving their GoFundMe contribution to himself and a team he assembled to privately construct the border wall. The group, a 501(c)(4), is called "We Build the Wall, Inc.," according to an email from GoFundMe to contributors.

There are no Time constraints, if fact people are still donating.

Just a change of plans, and any donations that are made to the new 501 are Tax deductible.

Basically, he will refund your money and you can donate it to him directly - giving GoFundMe the middle finger.
