At what point do I worry?
My boyfriend and I text or speak throughout the day, but I haven’t heard from him. We haven’t argued. He had a nice time together yesterday, we both feel strongly about each other. He’s not with girls or partying with friends, he’s never been that kinda person to spontaneously go to the bar or something. I tend to panic so I’m not sure if I’m overreacting. (He knows I’m panic prone so a couple times he misplaced his phone he still reaches out). I’m worried something happened. He’s a bit of a long drive away to just check on him.

can you reach his family or work? Just call and say you were concerned.

Just his mom. She’s a super early to bed person though, the kind of person who would awaken to check a text message, so was going to hold off till morning

trust your gut instinct, if you feel the need to call his mom do so, she'll understand. That is if 1, you are sober and 2,not prone to hysterics

He’s fine!! Thank you for the pep talk lol Your suggestion should be common sense but I was nervous, there’s no need for that extra stress piling on I suppose.
