The joke is on you. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. It is nothing more than a dreamlike state. False memories can even be implanted in people who believe lies, like religion.
The truth is you remembered nothing before you were born, and again will return to that state when you die. You do not go on and on. Your time is now. That is all you have. Now there is some slap in the face truth for you.

Your soul is kept in security by angels until that resurrection
