It is called birth control and responsible breeding.
There are too many people on the planet and we are in need of responsibility.
Stop birthing mongrels into poverty and welfare.
Quoting: A Concerned Denizen This could not be farther from "responsible breeding". The people smart enough to make a living for themselves, and their families, are the ones that are not reproducing. The welfare mothers and illegal aliens are the ones have babies. Those of us that actually pay taxes will be supporting most of these babies, and their families. Our welfare and immigration systems are broken, and reward this behavior. As the population shrinks, there will be fewer of us taxpayers to support the worthless breeders.
