This "study" of only 1000 people proves nothing.
There are wrong ways of being vegan, which leads to malnutrition. And right ways, which lead to a happy and healthy body. Same goes for an omnivore diet with moderate meat consumption.
I've been on a plant-based diet for nearly 10 years. Never been sick once within that decade! I juice, make incredible smoothies, cook lots of yummy Asian/Indian cuisines, ancient grains instead of wheat or rice, and occasional "vegan junk" food like veggie burgers. Although the ones I get aren't even too bad: organic, low sodium, soy & gluten free and 20 g of protein!
Anyone can be as healthy as they want to be, regardless of dietary labels.
Aren't we supposed to question the status quo on a conspiracy website? Sure, I mostly went vegan for animal rights, environmental and health purposes. But most importantly, it was a giant middle finger to "the man".
