At the 5 second mark she pushed him from behind with one hand, not enough force to move him at all. HE HAS NO IDEA WHO DID IT. At the 17 second mark (14 seconds later)she approaches him, and sticks her finger in his face. He pushes her with both hands hard enough to LAUNCH her. That is not self defense, he didn't know that she was the one that pushed him. Then her charge and the knockout.

Judging only from the video, I would say he is in serious legal trouble.

We could debate all night long whether he should be in trouble based on what we all know of the dynamics of groups of teens around one other person, but unfortunately that is irrelevant in COURT.

My opinion is that this poor guy in the wrong place at the wrong time is in serious legal trouble.

Actually she didn’t push him first, she put her finger in his face. He is a large grown man he could have restrained her easily had she actually attempted to hit him. Why didn’t they just leave or go into the business? The answer to violence and how you handle things is not more violence. Rather he taught those girls to hate even more.
