as far as the story. after reading ALL three of the threads, quite happily, I might add.


unfortunate situation. he placed himself in position. his fault, sure.

but lets question what would have happened to the mother and daughter that he stood up to protect. these ferals where after a grown man, with a very good stature. how do think they would have continued to escalate and attack the helpless mother and daughter.

he was surrounded, and was protecting his perimeter. not very easy to do with TBI, ADRENALINE FLOWING, AND CONFUSED TURNING AROUND. I am almost positive, he was not really sure of the numbers, but saw plenty, to go into self defense and attack mode. (at this point every other human being would have reacted in similar fashion). unless it is the Darwinism award winners that are not with us, WHO LIE DOWN AND LET THEM BE ATTACKED. that gene pool is gone, because they did NOT have human instinct to protect themselves.

he did and survived.taught a valuable lesson to a FEW youngsters.

as far as the law is concerned. i like how everyone is predicting the verdict. like they are judge. i am not sure how this will play out.

i assume it will come down to the judge and the attorneys. attorneys defense and how the judge sees fit. especially in this situation.

sure will be interesting to how this plays out. and i really would like to see a GOFUNDME PAGE for the guys attorney fees.

With the video in slow motion, she clearly walked at him like she was threatening to hit him. She pushed him from behind as well.

I hope all charges are dropped on the man, and those kids face charges.

To put it as simple as possible, if someone comes up to you and threatens violence, you have the right to put them down with any means necessary.

It's life or death and anyone trying to convince you different is trying to get you killed.

A cop would do the same thing if he was surrounded, pushed and threatened.

OK, given what we see on video and hear details as to the run-up to actual hands-on...

If I was the Judge I'd probably levy misdemeanors on the man, too. Then levy some mandatory community service hrs for every single teen that was in that pack. Maybe take advantage of shutdown and send thug-wannabes to do roadside clean-up. 100 hrs each, split 'em up into groups to work alongside prisoner work details.
