They used to be arrogant, rude, and did things you never asked for and wanted you to pay for them.
A local dealer has changed drastically from that former way of doing business.
They are extremely polite, friendly, and explain everything.
Have you noticed other dealers that are like the new friendly one I mentioned, or are they the same as they were many years ago?
