READ IT CAREFULLY PBD. it says, "I never said there was no collusion with Russia".

he doesn't say "by whom" though.

I read it carefully but Giuliani has a history of saying one thing one minute and saying the opposite another minute. He is messing up Trump and never should have been hired. Look what he said last summer:

"They can't emotionally come to grips with the fact that this whole thing with Russian collusion didn't happen. They are trying to invent theories of obstruction of justice," Giuliani told a business conference in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv.

and this....

, Giuliani told "Fox & Friends" Monday morning that he has "been sitting here looking in the federal code trying to find collusion as a crime. Collusion is not a crime," insisting that President Trump is "absolutely innocent."

Later, Giuliani phoned in to Fox News seeking to clarify his earlier comments, telling anchor Harris Faulkner that "it's a very, very familiar lawyer's argument that...the alternative, that my client didn't do it, and even if he did, it's not a crime."


So first no collusion occurred. Then it's collusion is not a crime and even if Trump colluded, it is not a federal crime. To now, he never said his campaign didn't collude, it is just that Trump did not partake or had knowledge of it.
