there is no doubt that changes in our solar system are causing changes on the earth but I find the chemtrail thing most interesting..

have good reason to believe they are terra forming the earth to better suit the aliens coming here.

back in the 60's, our scientists were looking for type I, II, III and type IV civilizations.

The least advanced would be a type I. They can only control the weather (and energy) of their own planet.

These scientists were using TELESCOPES to look for those civilizations. Meaning the only way they would identify this type of civilization is if they SAW THE OBSERVABLE BYPRODUCTS OF WEATHER MANIPULATION.

Now how on Earth would we know what the observable byproducts of weather manipulation are, seen through telescopes from billions of miles away? How would we KNOW what we're looking for?

The answer is obvious. We already know what the byproducts look like. We know which cloud patterns are indicative of such manipulation. Could that be because we had already been doing it and thus knew what to look for?
