I don't blame idiot celebrities - only those who care anything about them. THAT is the actual problem.

I think all people are impressionable but it varies by subject. eg I myself am influenced by people who create, hence my love of music, or those who push the boundaries of knowledge like Tesla & Euler. So too, I try and emulate by pushing myself to learn more and create. I might be missing the point to their appeal, but to me Kardashians influence NPC's, Narcissists & conceited types. :Katty5: I am huge fan of Tesla. I was science major and love the arts etc. Why I guess I don’t get the following they have. Thanks for post.  Awesome, well done on your achievement. A lot harder than putting on lipstick and pouting in front of a camera I am sure. And probably infinitely more rewarding. Let's also consider that Tesla, J.Maxwell, Mozart, Rembrandt et al are people who have left legacies that lasted long after they've left this world. My intuition tells me Kardashians will be forgotten before they've even shuffled off this mortal coil.
