Empaths- Are you sensing something HORRIFIC?

Anything going on in your stomach after taking melatonin can give you horrible realistic nightmares. It’s happened to me several times. As a rule of thumb don't eat 6 hrs before bed if taking melatonin. You’ll have awesome colorful dreams but no nightmares.

I get physical manifestations from the empathy, and, well, something has manifested.

Weird. I eat dinner around 6, go to bed around 10/11.

Yes, I'm an empath. No, I honestly don't sense anything other than all the snow I've shoveled today and will shovel tomorrow and that I'm getting too damn old for this.

I felt very sad as well when I awoke and mine seemed so real too. So bad, I immediately called all 3 of my remaining kitties to the bed as soon as I woke up and gave them tons of loving.

Hi OP. Wife has re-occuring dreams about -

1/. African blood bath. All whites killed. All asians killed. Civil war, very messy. Unified Africa >>> U.T.A.

2/. Pulse wave emanating from Macquarie Island, takes out East coast OZ & Tas and also Nth Island NZ. Dont know if physical water based wave, emotional wave, electrical wave, but some kind of wave.

3/. Land subsidence in Mexico creating opening between GoM and Pacific, and also cutting off Baha to become an island.

Started back in 2010.

Opening of a channel between the GOM and the Pacific would change the GOM quite dramatically since they are effectively at different heights.

Depending upon the tidal times the difference could be just a few inches to up to 12 feet of difference (Pacific is virtually always higher)

It is estimated that a sea level "canal" (MUCH smaller in size than an actual break in the continent) would have a channel speed of the water of up to 4.5 knots during the maximum height difference (over the 40/50 mile length of the Panama Canal.

What the speed of the water transiting between the two bodies of water would be IF there was a break in the continent would of course be dependent upon HOW DEEP and HOW WIDE the break would be ... but there would definitely be one since the Pacific is overall at a higher height than the GOM.

I take a pills of Melaxen (exactly Melatonin) and sometimes I eat something before sleep. Didn't see any difference

I had these since about ten years ago. I'd be in my room...and suddenly i'd get this feeling like something crashed in my stomach. I went to the doctor and he said it was just anxiety. Around that time..3 of my relatives died, my cousin got in a car crash, and my other cousin molested my dog. Then I was almost kicked out of school, and was abandoned by most of my friends.

There was a sci-fi move some years back called Monsters, about a probe sent to find alien life, which returned and crashed in Mexico. A quarantine area was set up, and a massive wall (take note) between Mexico and the US built.
Interestingly, when my wife drew a map of the land subsidence, and years later we watched Monsters, we both had our jaws on the ground at how their made up quarantine map was almost identical to her land subsidence dream.

This full Moon is knocking me sideways. UGH.

I feel next to nothing as per usual.. unless I start thinking or drinking! Speaking of which, maybe I should start pre-gaming before the eclipse tonight?!

Yes, it is nice to know when others are off...in the past, I just thought it was me.

You are now getting the storm we had yesterday in Arkansas. We got 4 inches or so (on the cars,) but the ground only seemed to have maybe 2.5 inches.

Sorry you will be unable to see the Moon! We have clear skies here, and I am going to stay up to watch the 'show.'

I grew up in Massachusetts, but left there many Moons ago. I miss it, but love living down here. I know many say awful things about Arkansas, but where I live is off the charts beautiful. I have 2 lakes and 2 rivers real close to where I live.
