No Filet O' Fishes for Lent, probably

Commercial fishing boats are required to carry observers who must have a bachelors degree in the natural sciences along with statistics and other related coursework, who are debriefed by federal marine officials when the boat comes in. Observers are not getting debriefed and boats can't go back out until that happens. In 3 days the season for Alaskan Pollock starts. Looks like Lent starts late this year but McDonald's needs all those Pollock for their promotional filet-o-fish starting March 5.
