Cue the Pink Floyd

In honor of President Trump

Saw them as a kid in 94. Seems like it was something more than magic or more than being able to be described. Made it to the front row without those tickets for a while. Hated to cheat but had to in that case and being that young. Those front lights were like nuclear bombs in your face. The absolute mastery of their craft was about what Mozart fans would have had at the time. Perfection in every way.

Me too, around that time; saw them twice during the division bell tour in oakland.

One night sober, the other night on blotter hits.

I enjoyed the sober might more.

The gospel singers. The sober night; their voices lifted me so high.

Closest thing to a religious experience I've had via music.

The second night i felt more like I was an observer outside the music or something.

Then when the Chyrsanthenum opened up, and all the lights started spinning around.

.. Bad ass ...

Been to a pretty good pink floyd lazer light show back in the days, in sactown when I was a kid.

It really was life changing for me. It showed me perfect and I had never seen perfect. I am not even sure I have seen perfect since then but it gave me a scale.

It was a different time...for everything I know about today, a much better time.

Beethoven couldn’t have written a better song. Glorious!

Wow thanks all for the inputs - was a great distraction from everything going on in the world right now. I've had a rough weekend trying to process everything and of course being called out for my tin foil hat by my kids LOL. Great to see so many Floyd fans. :)
