Seems like I read this a few months ago. Have they already started mailing the boxes? The link below says the boxes are part of the 2019 budget. [ link to www.foxbusiness.com (secure)] That's Awesome! Hopefully, it goes through. I wonder why the Dimms aren't using that leverage chip? I'm sure some of there core voters wouldn't be real happy about this. Maybe this is why the SNAP benefits were given early this month? Possibly setting up for the change over to take effect after the budget is passed and government reopens?
