old fake news that is never going to happen because too many people have "special food issues" which makes it impossible for them to eat just any ole food outta some box of generics ... plus the homeless don't cook ...
as for "extra" (FEBs check in Jan) money on the card, that ain't happening either ... do you actually KNOW someone who got "extra" ? or just read about it on the internet

Selecters, delivery men. I have shopping delivered and they hardly ever bring everything I order. Always substitutions.
