Trump is breaking heartland infrastructures. His food boxes kill local small town grocers who need food stamp revenues. There’s a REASON the few locally owned grocery stores accept food stamps—they need the revenues.

Whoever runs ebt will never let ebt run out. They’re making trillions of dollars.

Fine with me. I'm one of the disabled people on SNAP. It would be great because the food banks have only canned goods.... no fresh food like that. I'd love it.

The main dysgenic program, though, is welfare and food assistance.

It allows them to get to breeding age and then feeds their kids to repeat the cycle. While the more able are fighting their way through the economy and working 60 hour weeks, in places that forbid you to even look a second too long at a member of the opposite sex without a possible sex harassment claim --

these people have lots of time and little to do but procreate their genes.

If you don't trust the government that much, don't depend on it for everything you need.

I ran an IGA in RURAL Michigan for YEARS...98% of my biz was CASH....rarely saw Food Stamps....BECAUSE RURAL FOLK WORK....the VAST MAJORITY of EBT/Food stamps are spent in URBAN AREAS....go look at the GOV STATS.

The government won’t be sending cucumbers in food boxes. More like instant potato flakes and peanut butter, cereal and Mac and cheese.

Countertop butane stoves are available from many vendors including Amazon and Walmart for under $20.

Yes, there are a lot of people that are lazy or don’t know how to cook. However, there are many on food assistance that do not even have the facilities to cook or store food. What about the homeless and those living in cheap hotel rooms?

The lack of critical thinking on this thread is mind boggling.

Some chefs taught food stamp people how to bone and joint a chicken. You get double meat for money buying whole chicken and cutting it up than you do buying boneless breasts. You also get the bones for stock and broth.

The poor LOVED it.

I lived in the government projects in my early teens, ate all the government issued food and was grateful to have it! I was one of two white guys there. Spam sandwiches, bologna and peanut butter sandwiches. My Grandmother also grew beans corn squash to supplement the food. Even as a child I never knew any different, People put too much emphasis on their food.

I own a small company now and own my own land and house. And believe it or not I still eat the same shit I grew up eating. Remember to humble yourself always. When you have nothing, that spam sandwich with chopped onion and cheese was mighty tasty!!!

I'm signing up if they have the good government cheese and Farina cereal.

what about the ones of us who do not eat meat.. and especially pork which is "unclean" because it has human genetics in it.

A nutrition bar that is pretty much tasteless but has all the nutrition a person needs to live.

Give them away for free at all grocery stores & convenience stores. (might need a 4 bar limit per person).

They still need to be scanned for reordering inventory, but the cost will ring up to zero.

That way, even the kids can be fed when mama sells her food stamps for beer money.

Feed the hungry and end the corruption at the same time.
