It didn't go through because it's completely daft, impossible in a country this size. Even the government is a lot smarter than all the morons on this thread. Almost nobody here seems to have the least idea of how anything works in their own local, state and federal governments.

There's probably not one person here, besides myself, who's ever even bothered to donate any time working on the campaign of somebody they say they like. And the kind of people that, statistically, do 100% of the grassroots work in politics in this country, don't agree with this bunch about anything. So it looks like we don't have to worry about any of their crazy notions being implemented anywhere.:)
