Any illegal Mexican, male or female, knows their way around a kitchen, and managing to make something out of nearly nothing, better than any of you here. You should probably hire them to teach you to run your own house better.

One of my kids just took a political science class in college. They defined "Hispanics" as Mexicans, or those from South America, Spain and Portugal. They conspicuously left out Central Americans, who are most of the people currently living illegally in this country. I don't know why they had that agenda, but it was weird. It was as if Central Americans don't exist.
