I disagree with your last part - those billionaires will still have the brains that got them success thr first time and eventually they'll succeed again.

Define "the poor." You are correct -- "poor" -- is relative. By global standards, there are no poor in the US. What do I mean by "poor"? I am referring to the turd worlders with sub 90 IQs who do nothing but reproduce like vermin. People who have zero desire to do anything to improve their situation, but think they are owed something.
so you are talking about the poor in the ununited states then.. doubtful those who walk miles for water every day think like the masses (poor or not) here. or point fingers of hatred nonstop at someone not like them. Probably wonder what it is like to even have running water that they might have heard about. are tv's and radios usually given to those countries commoners as they are raped of their dignity and country's resoureces by the billionaires and those who work for their peanuts.. keep those hearts filled with hatred!! something about the meek...
