Sex is the genitals you were born with, and the chromosomes you'll always have. MAYBE if you've had the horrible operation and have fake other genitals now, we can say you've changed sex.

This is indeed what we all should fight for! We all need to stand up and get rid of the corrupt people in charge. Anyone in charge enforcing sick rules are not human and should be treated as such. I can't believe this day and age where good peoples rights are overlooked, particularly in first world countries. If there is ever a time for Jesus to come back and kick some ass!

LOL! I also accidentally used the mens restroom once in a store. I don't know how it happened. I am an extremely aware person and not spacey at all. I think I was tired. And I didn't even notice the urinals when I walked in. I had to pee bad and just rushed towards the stalls. When I left, I saw I guy standing there and for a second, I thought HE was in the LADIES room. Then I noticed he was standing at a urinal. I was mortified! I quickly rushed in the ladies room to wash my hands. My husband was checking out when I went to use the restroom and said he will go to the car after. I rushed to the car and said let's go, hurry up. I told him what happened and of course, he made fun of me and continued to all week and told some family and friends about it. LOL! That guy in the mens room either thought I was a woman wanting to be a man, or a perv.

I think the other reason women want a bathroom to themselves is periods, even if the bathroom has individual stalls, she may need to get to a sink in the communal area with blood on her hands, to wash a menstrual cup, to wash her pants, to check her butt in the mirror, to get a pad from the machine.Or just asking another woman for a tampon.

If these laws are not repealed but are to be the norm, then there is no longer a point to male/female bathrooms as no man can ever again be questioned as to why he would be in the ladies even if his intentions were nefarious since the standard appears to be that one is whatever they say they are. Any would-be attacker or predator upon women can claim he is there because he is female and that's the end of the conversation, whether they believe it or not.

It can lead to people only feeling safe if they go at home and never using public restrooms, since to many they are no longer fit for purpose given other privacy and safety issues.

What actually needs to occur is that the state needs to be sued in return by someone who gets attacked in this manner, whom otherwise may not have been but for the liberalisation of these bathroom rules. A tough case to make but one worth making imo. The money talks and maybe then they will see sense... risk mitigation works both ways- for the consumer of the service and the provider. These kinds of rules from government are to protect against the claims they keep having against them.. The people in the actual positions just seem too stupid to be able to defend against them.

In fact maybe you have a case based on you entitlement to use public benefits, in this case public bathrooms. Is it discriminative based on the fact that as a result of policy, risk levels are much higher to certain groups, ie women and children in particular. Unfit for purpose public benefit.

Maybe life and health insurance companies will question in future whether you use public bathrooms and if you do, given their new lower levels of safety, the premiums for those that do go up. This is as direct financial incurrence that otherwise wouldn't be there lol

No, use x and y signs. Chromosomes are the same forever. Penises can be removed. This does not mean male bone density suddenly lessens to the female bone density range, or that physical strength decreases. Or that all male carnal desire is removed permanently, even if suppressed it does not mean they may not reappear.

People of these "persuasions" often seem less able to control their emotions during debate. This would seemingly be a signal that they may not be able to do so under other circumstances either where their "Feelings" are engaged and drive their actions. These feelings would include sexual urges and primal instinct etc. Separate bathrooms have always simply been a means of protecting against this.
