Mlk day mayhem ... they ride their atvs and dirt bikes all over all the major streets it's crazy .... they were blocking a very already (on a normal day) congested street w a bridge ... she was pissed good for her .. the guy got arrested though which sucks .... btw ... the Cubans hate the blacks w a passion
