Some people did not know that they were getting feb in Jan.
My mother in law was one so I explained why she had more on her card. A lot of the masses will just think they got extra on their card and will spend it quickly. I’ve seen no signs at stores saying anything about this, which should have been done mid Jan. Come Feb if no disbursement’s are given, SHTF in many places.
