No! the goods will be offered in exchange for a loan to the IMF. oil companies will be bankrupt first and then bought for nothing. all the resources will be privatized and the profit will be shared between the politicians in power and the economic assassins. for Venezuelans will not be better. they will even pay taxes that they did not even know they existed. but they will live in democracy! [ link to www.youtube.com (secure)] So the Russians and Chinese supplying goods to the Venezuelans will be in exchange for IMF loans ? I don't think it will quite work like that... Reason being is there is a impasse on the situation Maduro is still recognised by Russia China Turkey Iran PDVSA state owned oil company, the Venezuelan military is sided with Maduro, so the opposition would have to go gureallia and take control militarily in order to oust Maduro, it would have to be civil war.
