The Coup has failed. Admit it. Unless the US and its allies supply the opposition "freedom fighters" with weapons nothing's going to happen. Direct military intervention following some kind of false flag a possibility too.

US announces sanctions against Venezuela's state oil company PDVSA

Washington has imposed sanctions against the Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA, seizing $7 billion in assets, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin announced.

The US is trying to force recognition of Juan Guaido as president in Caracas. Munchin said that the move is to “to help prevent the further diversion” of assets by “former president Maduro.” 

He called "expeditious transfer of control to the interim president, or the subsequently democratically elected interim government" a conditions for lifting the sanctions.

I am the source. And I got the info from my students, my neighbours, and friends, all of them from Venezuela. Some of them fear that this will escalate into a civil war between different factions within the government and the opposition (right now, there are only 2 players but they fear that there could be a new split and they could end up with 4 or 5 major factions fighting over different areas of the country).

My eagle-eyed colleague spotted on Bolton’s notepad what sure looks like:
