HERE"S AN ENGLISH TRANSLATION OF THIS ARTICLE:

Maduro orders to form 50,000 "defense units" in all neighborhoods of Venezuela

The Venezuelan president made the announcement on Tuesday during the beginning of the military maneuvers.

The president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, ordered on Tuesday the formation of 50,000 units of defense in all neighborhoods of Venezuela.
The president said that the goal is to reach 2,000,000 militants before April 13, and achieve the "best level of organization" of defense units throughout the country.

Maduro made the announcement on Tuesday, during the beginning of the military maneuvers of the Bolivarian Military Aviation and the 42nd Parachute Infantry Brigade of the Bolivarian Army.

The Venezuelan leader spoke after the United States. On Tuesday, it escalated its international escalation against the South American country by certifying the authority of opposition deputy Juan Guaidó , self-proclaimed "president in charge" of Venezuela, to "receive and control certain assets" of Venezuela held at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York or any other bank insured in the United States.
Foreign policy "child"

The president described as "childish" the foreign policy of the United States, in reference to the note of 5,000 troops to Colombia that appeared in a notebook of notes of John Bolton, National Security Adviser of the White House.

Maduro asked the population and the Bolivarian National Armed Forces "nerves of steel" and maintain "calm and sanity, confidence and maximum mobilization", as well as the strengthening of the "civic-military union".
