And so it begins...?Video posted today claims to show the Bolivarian National Guard and the National police arguing in the city of Ureña, Venezuela next to the Colombian border, taken in Ureña [link to twitter.com (secure)]  Quoting: Watchout CONTEXT: This Bolivarian National Guard BTR-80 reportedly ran over 3 bikers leaving them injured and drove off. They were stopped by a group of civilian and the National Police. The civilians are shouting insults and asking the police to bring them out of the vehicle
