You know what I'm honestly intrigued by? Its a question I asked many times on this board already without an answer.

Is Camp Bondsteel base in Kosovo financed with American military budget or they finance these things from different pipe? Because USA has hundreds of military bases all over the world on all continents. I imagine it costs a lot just to run a place like that. There are thousands of personnel manning them, it is huge expenditure. But all in all this money is not spend on research still included in the magic number that should be a proof of American military technology superiority.
