I just caught the report on tv and they said food and clothing but they won't need clothing and that entire cargo in food would really only be enough for a few villages or a few thousand people so it seems to me to be for optics to support something bigger in the pipeline?

That's when Juan Guido said the US Aid has to be let in the country. He said on that day, the Venezuelan Military will have to choose whether they stay loyal to Maduro and block the aid, or allow the Aid in. So clashes are possible.
