I have the impression that the US is in panic mode. That there is something threatening the deep state and we have no idea what it might be. A plane that was designed to transfer people who are suffering from infectious diseases (N173PA) has taken an interesting flight path. It went from Israel to the US to Haiti to Venezuela. In light of the tensions between some of those countries, I find this to be strange, especially considering what the plane was designed to be carrying. This was the same plane that transferred Ebola victims from Africa to the US during the last major Ebola outbreak.

Update on the infectious disease plane that has been travelling between the US and Venezuela. It just left Venezuela and appears to be heading back to the US. It's flying in formation with a Learjet 45.
