A plane that was designed to transfer people who are suffering from infectious diseases (N173PA) has taken an interesting flight path. It went from Israel to the US to Haiti to Venezuela. In light of the tensions between some of those countries, I find this to be strange, especially considering what the plane was designed to be carrying. This was the same plane that transferred Ebola victims from Africa to the US during the last major Ebola outbreak.
