Maduro is full force on his lovable self. There're linked scenes on another short thread here, wherein a brazilian humanitary aid truck's driver, who ventured to damn cross over the border, is simply machine-gunned on the street, Maduro's Guard vehicles running over people, you know, his usual carefree day-by-day activities... Nothing to really be upset about, just a little itsy bitsy genocide...
